You can return any item within 30 days of order date and we will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund for it. 

Furthermore, if your order was over £75, your return will be free (* Mainland UK only, excluding Scottish Highlands). All we ask is that you send the items back unused in their original condition with all the original packaging.

* PLEASE NOTE: that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

If your order doesn't qualify for free returns, or if you should choose to arrange your own delivery, we recommend that you use an insured, recorded-delivery service.

Who do we use to deliver your order?

If your order is over £75 it will be delivered by reputable courier - we do not use Yodel or My Hermes, however the courier will vary depending on your order and the delivery destination.

Small items and orders less than £75 (excluding helmets) are usually sent via Royal Mail.

When your parcel is despatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel to its delivery destination.

UK & EU delivery times are generally 2-5 working days, possible more for out of stock items or items that are on special order. Further afield may take slightly longer.


Free shipping and returns only applies to UK orders to mainland UK addresses. International postage costs are calculated and applied in the shopping cart depending on your order and delivery destination.



  • Our 365 day returns policy does not affect your statutory right to cancel as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.
  • The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
  • Delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging.
  • All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address unless otherwise stated.

  • All delivery timescales are subject to stock availability.
  • Small items may be delivered by post.
  • For certain bike specific goods, we will take payment at the point of ordering from our supplier.
  • Please Note: We DO NOT DELIVER to PO Boxes on any of our delivery services.
  • Any customs/importation fees are payable by the customer. If the customs/importation fees are refused, we reserve the right to re-charge this amount through the original payment method.

Care of your Parcel

Customer satisfaction is always our prime concern. 

ALL helmets are checked manually by us prior to despatch and are then placed into a brand new strong brown cardboard box. This protects the helmet and makes it easy for the customer to check for damage.
