RETURNS POLICY

If you purchase a helmet online from DesignerHelmets.com, it can be returned (at your cost) as long as our strict Returns Policy is followed.

All items are carefully checked prior to despatch.  DesignerHelmets.com must be notified of any errors, missing items or damage within 48hrs of delivery.

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item to us, please email us at returns@designerhelmets.com with details of the order and what you wish to return to us.

DesignerHelmets.com will be happy to accept the return of your helmet or other item within 30 days of purchase, providing:

  • The item is received back to us in an UNUSED and UNDAMAGED condition.
    A used Helmet CANNOT be returned for a refund, unless it is proved to have a manufacturing fault
  • The item MUST be complete with ALL tags in place, helmet bag, manual, protective film plastic on the visor and any other associated parts supplied
  • The Pinlock MUST NOT be fitted
  • Packaging must not be damaged and must be in a re-saleable condition
  • The item MUST be in the undamaged manufacturers helmet box

If any of these criteria are not met, there will be either a 20% re-stocking fee or we may refuse to exchange or refund the helmet or other item.

Make sure you are 100% happy with the helmet fit before going for a ride, as a helmet cannot be returned once it has been worn outside.
